Mug looks great, and it does keep liquids cold or hot for a decent period of time, BUT, you can't really use the mug as a travel mug if the lid seal leaks. My cup-hold was almost always sticky because my tea would leak apparently when the liquids were splashing around in the mug and run down into the cup-holder. However, I have to say that so far the product support has been awesome. I just called in to the customer service department and explained the problem and they offered to send me a replacement. When I mentioned the fact that I could buy a new mug for the cost of sending them in my old one, they offered to provide me with a shipping label for the return. The product was unacceptable, but the service was awesome, hence my 3 star rating. If it turns out the mug was defective and the new mug works properly, I will write a new review. P.S. - The new style of lid is much more pleasant to drink from due to the fact that the breather is recessed and you don't plug it with your nose, unfortunately that problem was fixed, and a new problem created when they eliminated the thread-on lids and replaced them with these seal retention lids.

was excited to purchase a awesome cup in camo the very first day of use the como covering came off as did the bubba writing, had coffee in it one time,and was going to put water in it in the evening and found the cup that waY after it sit during the day only hand rinsed very disapointed was thinking of purchasing bigger ones this am as we thought they were great. now i only question if the company will honner there products. and stive to please there consumer whith out making them drive over 100miles to return mug. or pay shipping to return to get a replacement cups we bought 2 mugs which cost and was aspeacial splurge in todays econemy thanks Valentina Moser Formoso,ks
