Knocked my 34oz over whilst full of tea twice now in the car but each time the lid stayed on & the sip-hole closed, so only a minimal amount of liquid escaped. Very suitable for drinking whilst driving (at stationary points, of course)and keeps tea hot for a good hour or more (lid on). For those moaners about the lid seal: try improvising perhaps with a rubber band. They're only cheap, so you might even treat yourself to a new one. I love my big Bubba!

Rubber band ring will not allow lid to close properly to prevent leaking. Returning to Amazon and will not buy another product. Mugs should have a vaccum seal and not a piece of rubber that will eventually wear out, or get lost. Great mug but will not recommend to anyone.
