Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us.  Please contact us at cs@shopbubba.com within 30-days of confirmed shipment of the item to receive an authorization for the return.  Returns past the 30-day return period will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis, and will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%.  No returns of any type will be accepted without prior authorization from us.  We will happily accept returns under the following conditions.

Non-Defective Merchandise   

Non-defective merchandise must be returned in brand new, unused condition.  All original components (such as the manual and accessories) must be included with the item and the original packaging must be fully intact and included.  Items that do not meet these criteriawill only be accepted on a case-by-case basis, and will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%.  Used items cannot be returned as we have no way to liquate these items.  When  returning an item we recommend using a shipping service with delivery confirmation and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items which are  lost our damaged in return shipping.  Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason of return.  

Due to their unique nature, returns are not accepted on custom printed bubbas (company logo, event logo, wedding graphic, etc.)

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item only.  In the instance that a replacement is not available we will refund your original purchase price.  All original components (such as the manual  and accessories) must be included with the item and the original packaging must  be fully intact and included.  When returning an item we recommend using a shipping service with delivery confirmation and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost our damaged in return shipping.  Our team will confirm the defect in the item prior to shipping the replacement  item.  Once the defect is confirmed, we will gladly refund your original shipping charges to compensate you for the cost of sending the item back to us.  Any false claims of defect will result in the item being refused for return or charged a substantial restocking fee.

Order Cancellation

We strive to ship your order very quickly and it is often very difficult for us to  stop an order from shipping once we have received it.  If you need to cancel an order please contact  us immediately at cs@shopbubba.com .  If we have not yet printed a shipping label we will gladly issue you a full refund.   Once a shipping label has been created we are unable to stop the order and you will need to return the item to us for a  refund
